The Halifax Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Business Support Webinar Series: Entrepreneurial Operating System- A New Way of Running your Business. EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a people operating system aimed at harnessing the human energy that exists within an organization through a set of timeless principles and tools.
Firms will experience a lot of improvement within their organization through mastering this system. They will have a vision. Members of the organization will be on the same page regarding their business. Also, through this system, it will create a culture of discipline and accountability in fulfilling each other’s role. It will also create a healthy working environment which produces more quality output.
The presenter to this webinar is Joe DiPenta, a trained and experienced EOS Implementer. He is the only implementer based in Atlantic Canada. He works passionately with entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to help them break through the ceiling and continue their growth trajectory.
DiPenta is also a former athlete who plays with the Anaheim Ducks from 2005-2008. He discovered EOS and realized it is a competitive advantage for organizations within their marketplace.
