Your team’s sales success is based on the strength and tools available to your sales team. Understanding how to train, motivate, compensate and support your team will be a critical component of your export success.
With this being said, the Nova Scotia Business Inc., in partnership with Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency and Community Business Development Corporation (CBDC) is pleased to offer Advanced Sales Training: Building the Best Team. This workshop consists of two half-day sessions reserved for organizations with sales teams of at least 3 people.
The first session is on March 10 at 1:00 pm. It will focus on how digital selling works in this time. Topics will include Digital Sales Engagement in 2022; trends in generating leads; and LinkedIn strategy to drive real buyer engagement.
The second session’s title is The Modern Sales Engine. Attendees will learn the different sales technology trends and must haves; the roles in the modern sales organization and changes over time; metrics that matter and don’t; and how to scale from your current stage to your next tier of growth. This session will be on March 16 at 1:00 pm.
The presenter is Jake Dunlap, the founder and CEO of Skaled Consulting. Skaled’s mission is to change the way organizations sell and partner with customers. He is also known in his series of podcasts, the Jake Dunlap Show where he talks to celebrities, thought, and industry leaders to discover their journey to success.
