Saltscapes East Coast Expo
Come and join more than 500 exhibitors for a weekend celebrating all things local, at the annual Saltscapes East Coast Expo. The Expo will feature unique exhibitors, local producers, and artisans, as well as, 7 stages providing non-stop demonstrations, sampling, and entertainment. The expo is from April 8-10 at the Halifax Exhibition Centre.
Breakfast with the Bunny

Hatfield Farm Easter Egg Hunt
Kids missing Easter activities? You can all join the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Hatfield Farm on April 16 and 17 at 9:00 am! There are actually SIX individual hunts – you choose the day, time, and age group. Ride on horse-drawn wagons, visit the animals in the petting pens, and enjoy the playground and children’s zip line! Search for thousands of colourful candy-filled eggs in 3 different age groups!
The price of the hunt is $23.99, children 2 and 3 are $14.80, children 1 and under are free. Tickets must be purchased in advance – and remember to BYOB – bring your own baskets!

Unicorn Theatre presents ‘Matilda Jr.’
The Unicorn Theatre in St. Margarets Bay grew out of a drama camp held at the Shore Club in Hubbards in 1995. The theatre’s first production was Annie, performed in Hubbard in 1996.
The Unicorn Theatre now performs out of the Bay Community Centre in St. Margarets Bay and offers a full program of theatrical activities for boys and girls from grades 2-12.
Stars on Ice
Since 1986, Stars on Ice has been delighting and entertaining families by bringing together the most talented and famous Olympians and National Skating Champions to tell stories on the ice. The show continues to be unique among ice shows, with its elite collection of skating’s most prominent stars and a level of production that is highly polished and professional.
Canada’s beloved Olympians will skate, including Piper Gilles & Paul Poirier, Kirsten Moore-Towers & Michael Marinaro, plus two-time Olympic Silver Medalist Elvis Stojko, World Champion Kurt Browning, and more! Bring your family and friends at the Scotiabank Centre, 1800 Argyle St, Halifax at 7:30 in the evening and enjoy the show!
