May is Asian Heritage Month, and to celebrate The Wave Projects is once again hosting the successful Asian Food Festival (AFF). AFF is an annual celebration of Asian Food & Culture where foodies can sample exclusive and specially priced food and beverages at participating businesses and at an outdoor Food & Culture Carnival.
The Asian Food Festival, called Off the Eaten Path, will take place from May 16-22 at participating restaurants across HRM, while the Asian Food & Culture Carnival will be held on May 28 on the Halifax Waterfront.
Asian owned businesses (businesses owned by Asian Canadians or a newcomer of Asian descent) are being invited to register to participate in Off the Eaten Path and/or the Asian Food & Culture Carnival.
