Does your dad love vintage cars? Then head to 5435 Clam Harbour Road, Lake Charlotte and witness the Annual Antique Car Show! Enjoy a wide range of vehicles on display throughout the Heritage Village grounds. Special Father’s Day draws and great snacks in the Clam Factory. You can also challenge your Dad to a Kub Kar race after they have made their own car in the Boatshop! They are open at 10:00 am.
The Dad Market
No idea of what gift to give to your dad? Stop by the Halifax Brewery Farmer’s Market & have a brewski, take a tour & listen to some amazingly talented musicians while enjoying shopping from over 30 local vendors all under the same roof, admission is free and there will be swag bags for the first 25 shoppers! This is brought to you by The Mom Market Collective! It was founded by two amazing Moms Amy Thompson and Jasmine Ancona. The two started The Mom Market as an outlet to allow others in the community to grow and promote their Small Businesses. This day would be extra special for Spiderman fans because your friendly neighborhood hero will be there!
Lunch Date at Hatfield Farm
Hatfield Farm is located mere minutes from the city, but with the feeling of being miles away from it all, it offers everything from wagon & sleigh rides to the perfect venue for special occasions or adventures. On Sunday, they will be serving their classic BBQ – all-you-can-eat burgers and dogs and They will also feature horse-drawn wagon rides, refreshments, zip lines, mini golf, time in their Rubber Rodeo inflatable games room, and a petting pen. Great food and fun adventures are the perfect pair for that bonding experience with your dad!
