Scaling Your Value
In this course, the focus will be on why you started your business in the first place and provide tactical tools for success. Mentors will walk you through activities you can use immediately in your life and company. Scaling your value will provide a clearly defined purpose to guide you as you navigate the ever-changing environment of business; an understanding of the value of each of your products and services by the problem they solve in the market. It will also give you visibility of where your focus should be to deliver excellence to your customers; characterization of your ideal (and not-so-ideal) customers; and a list of improvements to act on and innovations to consider as you continue to grow.
Managing Sales with Purpose
If you fail to track if you hit your monthly revenue goal, or spend a lot of time “in sales” without understanding the benefit for every hour you put into it; then you should definitely join this course. This is common to most small businesses. This is one of the factors that they are unable to sustain themselves in the long run. This course provides an understanding on how to build a strategy from the perspective of high-performing organizations; a guided approach to developing the right strategy for your business; a clear 12-month plan to bring the team together to execute the right activities every week. Learners will also be provided a picture of their current team’s sales skills and how to best use them across the board; and a visible dashboard for sales.
The Boss’s Guide to HR
Small firms frequently lack internal human resources departments, but the reality is that if you involve more than just yourself in this endeavor, you must address HR-related concerns. The training session’s tools will implement the best practices and gives you, the employer, the information you need to manage HR efficiently for your workforce.
