In accordance with accepted project management practices, the training will cover teaching in: What is a project; Project overview; Breakdown structure of work; Resource allocation for project tasks; Project spending plan and many more!
Using tried-and-true project management procedures and the newest cloud-based software solutions to help with project management, participants will have the chance to work on real-life projects that interest them.
