Dinosaur Exploration at the Museum of Natural History
Go back in time to a time when the planet was inhabited by dinosaurs. Picture yourself standing beside a life-size dinosaur skeleton that is towering over you. You feel as though you’re in a genuine movie. The incredible labor of Research Castings International, who are specialists in conserving historical materials, has made this incredible exhibit possible.
There are programs available at the Museum of Natural History for both adults and children. Grab a shovel and start searching for fossilized dinosaurs to truly understand the wonder and force of this era of Earth’s history. Imagine finding a bone or tooth that hasn’t been exposed to the light in millions of years!
Halifax Burger Bash is Back
The Coast hosts the annual Halifax Burger Bash, a citywide burger-eating event that raises money for Feed Nova Scotia. Innovative burger options come with a higher price and a unique set pricing, with the restaurant donating a portion of each sale to Feed Nova Scotia. All in the name of burgers, the lineup directs customers throughout the city to both new and beloved eateries! Over the past 11 years, it has raised $883k for Feed Nova Scotia, making it the organization’s biggest fundraiser outside of its own programs.
Your Kids Can Have Fun at Michaels Kids Club
Give the Kids Club from Michaels a little time to inspire creativity and enjoyment! Your kids, can use a FREE project at the Michaels Kids Club to explore their creativity. Since events sometimes vary, please check with your store before you head out.
