Rainbow Haven Beach Provincial Park

Martinique Beach Provincial Park

Chocolate Lake Beach
The trees that encircle Chocolate Lake offer a ton of shade. Even though there isn’t much of a beach, the artificial lake is big enough to accommodate everyone. Showers and locker rooms are available at Chocolate Lake starting at 9:00 a.m. in late May through September 31. to 9:00 p.m. In addition to the lake itself, there are public tennis courts and basketball courts.
Crystal Crescent Beach Provincial Park
This beach park at the Sambro Creek, Peggy’s Cove Coastal Region, provides visitors different sceneries and activities. It has three white-sand crescent beaches located at the mouth of Halifax Harbour. You can also go for a hike to Pennant Point, for a 10 km loop trail which provides interesting birding and wildlife viewing. You can also appreciate the site of the oldest surviving lighthouse in North America, the Sambro Island Lighthouse.
Clam Harbour Beach Provincial Park
Clam Harbour Beach is a lengthy stretch of sand with a distinctive shallow tide stream that frequently results in warmer water for swimmers and is the site of the annual Clam Harbour Beach Sandcastle Competition. On top of a bluff, visitors can have a picnic in a field. It is 10 kilometers from Lake Charlotte in the south.
