The Halifax Fringe is an annual festival of performing arts that was founded in 1990. For the past 32 years, they have been hosting an open, uncensored, and unjuried festival. There’s comedy, dance, circus, music, theater, and more at the Fringe! Local, national, and international artists and ideas are showcased at the Halifax Fringe. Located in Seaforth, Nova Scotia, Hope for Wildlife is a nonprofit dedicated to wildlife restoration and education. More than 80,000 wounded and abandoned wild creatures from more than 250 species have been saved, treated, and released since 1997.
