Hanging out with my cat Fluffy, I have found that our pets can reduce many negative effects on the owner’s health.
After snuggling and taking the time being with your favorite pet cat or dog you find yourself feeling less stressed, anxious, and reduces cortisol levels.
Having pets can alleviate negative thoughts. Feelings, irritability, and sometimes even sadness. Adopting cats and/or dogs can help boost mood and joy in one’s life.
