In compliance with the recent restrictions in Nova Scotia, the National Lacrosse League and the Halifax Thunderbirds have announced their home game on January 8th against the New York Riptide has been rescheduled to February 4th at 7 pm AT.
“The government of Nova Scotia has done an excellent job of keeping the province and its residents safe during this pandemic, and we will continue to follow their guidance,” said Thunderbirds President and CEO John Catalano. “We would also like to thank our partners at the Scotiabank Centre, along with the NLL and the Riptide for all working together to make this change.”
All tickets that have been purchased for January 8th will be honoured for the rescheduled date of February 4th. The January 22 home game vs Buffalo has also been postponed until further notice due to the extension of current restrictions in Nova Scotia.
