When I heard the name Balance 360 Health, I was sure it had to be a franchise. Then when I saw the logo, it furthered my belief that it was a franchise, but no the name, the logo design, and the incredible facility are the creation of the owners who are two dedicated health professionals that want to serve the local people in the ever-growing West Bedford community.
Paula Calnen and Erinn Davidson are two certified Physiotherapists with a combined 39 years of experience helping people experiencing symptoms related to a condition known as vertigo and other conditions that are very frequently treatable. Along with RMT, Jodi Bowden, they have a combined 59 years of experience in this field. The Team is supported by Sam Thomson, their experienced Administrative Assistant.
A thorough tour of their facilities at 226 Broad Street shows just how dedicated they are to serving the public. They have the Technology and diagnostic tools to detect and treat a wide variety of conditions. What was most impressive for me was that they readily shared that they know when a condition is not treatable by them and often refer clients to other health providers.
For me this shows they are health service providers with integrity, who listen to people and provide a quality of care and services that meet the needs of those who are suffering and come to them for help.
